I did these pieces on Photoshop, by using; different paint brushes, Paint bucket tool and the crop tool.
This is how I did the Blue lips; I filled in different parts of the lips in different shades of green, then I used the blur tool on the lips. On the orange lips I cropped it first, then filled the skin tone in white, filled in some of the edges in different shades of blue and lastly I used a circle brush in different sizes on the top of the picture.
